The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. The DeLong Co., Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of text messages delivered through the Program. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages.
We respect Your privacy. Your phone number and any information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
We will not sell, rent, or share Your phone number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share Your information with Service Providers who assist Us in delivering text messages, but only to the extent necessary to provide the messaging service.
